small room broken bathtub
i found some issues that slightly impacted my stay the room seemed smaller than expected and moving around between the bed and desk was difficult due to a chair also the bathtub was to be broken which was disappointing for a hotel of this level getting someone to fix it took a while during breakfast i felt rushed to leave at 11 am exactly i've never experienced that before and it made things feel less relaxed

attentive staff adequate space
The breakfast was great with many choices. Anna and other staff were very attentive. They met my needs. The gym has adequate space with weights and yoga mats. I appreciated this after a day of sightseeing. The bar staff, Robert, Laurenzo, Linda, and Stephen, provided local recommendations. They also offered menu suggestions.
The hotel lobby appears sad with its decorations.

convenient location lovely staff updating need no upgrade terrible view amex rewards
The location was very convenient to the main train station! the staff were lovely. i was disappointed with our room. It definitely needs some updating and it was about a ten minute walk plus an elevator and a flight of stairs to get to it. this was super inconvenient after spending a day on our feet in the city.
i booked a twin room through amex and am usually promised an upgrade at check-in, but not today. there was no upgrade, no twin bed setup, and we ended up with a terrible view. i'm pretty sure we got the worst room in the hotel. if you're using amex rewards, consider looking for alternatives.

yoga mats menu recommendations
The gym included weights and yoga mats. Breakfast featured a nice view of the fountain and was not intrusive. Anna and the breakfast staff provided attentiveness. I liked the menu recommendations from Robert, Laurenzo, Linda, and Stephen at the bar.
The pool was closed.
